We make choices daily. Some are good choices or safe bets, and others, not so great, or unsafe. We may know full well what the outcome of that choice will bring, and other times just hope for the best.
What condition your health and body are in, is largely due to the choices you have made up to now. Whether or not it stays the way it is today is determined by your choices from this day forward. If you make good choices and safe bets; the outcome can only be positive. Of all the choices you have to make day after day, effort into healthy living will give back exactly what you put in. That’s, a safe bet. Once you’ve made the choice to do the right thing for your health, it is my job as your trainer to help you exercise effectively, motivate you and set you on the next safe bet so that the outcome will be positive results and a great experience.
