She now leads corporations and their employees in lifestyle change with her dynamic and passionate lectures and workshops.
A graduate in physical education and kinesiology and 20 year background in weight management, injury recovery, sport specific training, lifestyle coaching, no nonsense nutrition and fitness over forty ensures her workshops and lectures will meet the needs of any one listening. She has presented for fitness organizations and business corporations, nationally and internationally.
