This community program was inspired by the need for women's support in active lifestyle pursuits by founder Liz Sage. Women of all ages and skill set come together on the Kelowna trails every Wednesday @6pm. Our first ride will be April 19th Location TBA while we evaluate trail conditions up to this date.

Gal pals of all ages and fitness levels come together for fun, fitness and fantastic active experiences. Join us on the mountain bike trails Wednesday nights, March through September. Heck some of us keep going to December weather permitting. Need a mountain bike buddy you'll find great sista's here!
Community trail rides Wednesday nights led by competent Team Fitness Coach's and community ambassadors. This is a no drop ride. All riders will be supported in this endeavor. Whats the fee you ask? A current Mtbco Membership gets you access to any chick ride or event. In addition, we ask that you share the love and knowledge gained to other women and encourage them to join us in our programs.

Chicks meet Wednesdays 5:45 at various trail heads in Kelowna and Westside.
Beginner levels must have a solid working Mtn Bike. No hybrids...hard tails are fine. Basic fitness and it would be helpful if you do not make your first ride on a bike or 1st ride of this year ...your first ride with Club Chick. Take that bike out for a couple spins, get a tune up, take a camp, just get in touch with that saddle a bit. We love beginners but be solid on your bike.
Intermediate mild through machine join in for some great flowy and technical rides.
Groups break into posses according to skill AND fitness.
